Kathy Tullar - Director of Client Services

As the director of client services, Kathy is the base of operations in our busy firm. At any given time, Kathy will be working on proposals and contracts, answering client questions and coordinating NCA consultants with their clients. She is a superior administrator with a great attention to detail.

"I like the fact that this job means I get to do all sorts of things," she said. "I would be bored working anywhere else."

Kathy brings experience to North Common Associates in customer service, public relations, database management and administration. Before joining NCA she was employed as a Legal Assistant/Office Manager for a Vermont attorney specializing in real estate and probate cases.

In addition she has held various long-term substitute and Para-Professional teaching positions at Chelsea High School as well as other positions in the customer relations field.  She graduated with highest honors from Chelsea High School.

Kathy is actively involved in the Chelsea school system where she serves on the Friends of Chelsea School Committee as well as the Playground Committee.  She also served as a member of the Physical Education Action Planning Committee and was the Assistant Coach for the Varsity Girls Basketball Team for several years.

Kathy has also taken an active role in overseeing administration for the Admissions and Parking Departments of the Tunbridge World’s Fair; she was responsible for generating the production of minutes for all Chelsea School Board meetings; she provided administrative support for the White River Partnership’s First Branch Stream Team; and for several years coordinated the annual appeal for the Chelsea Playschool and the Chelsea Public Library.

Kathy lives in Chelsea with her husband and two children. When she's not helping clients, she attends her children's sporting events, reads, goes camping with her family and likes to "be outside."

"I love getting to know the clients of North Common Associates, and enjoy providing assistance in support of their missions."
